Lake Worth: NSP-1 Homes
The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) was established to assist communities that suffered from foreclosures and abandonment, through the purchase and redevelopment of foreclosed and abandoned properties. In 2010, PBCHA purchased six (6) single-family homes located in Jupiter, Greenacres, West Palm Beach, Lantana, Loxahatchee and Lake Worth. The NSP program allows PBCHA to provide affordable rental opportunities to households at or below 120% of Area Median Income.
