  • "I chose to volunteer at CityHouse because I was drawn to the cause they support, helping single displaced mothers and children. CityHouse isn’t just another non-profit organization. They’re a family of inclusive and loving people that dedicate their time to helping our community members in need. Volunteering at CityHouse has opened my eyes to the fact we all have the ability whether it’s big or small to positively impact someone’s life."

  • "Knowing how hard the mothers work just to provide for their children, it brings me great joy to see the smiles on their faces when we're together celebrating. I connect with the grassroots aspect of caring for one family at a time."

  • "I love CityHouse. One of the best things about being a volunteer is that there is something for every skill set. Volunteering at CityHouse is a wonderful way to show God's love to the modern-day widow and orphan; But if you think you are doing a service to those less fortunate, you quickly learn that these moms and their children have so much to offer us as well. They are a true community."
